The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon is one of the most confused shows I ever watched, the show doesn't even know what it is or what its characters..

the Zombies in the show became so irrelevant that, I felt bad for them, they were enslaved, being experimented on, I wouldn't be surprised If KFC put zombie meat special on the menu.

The way they force English in the show despite having events happening in France is so ridiculous and so confusing too, somehow all the french people after living in a Zombie apocalypse for ten years, had the luxury to be fluent in a second language, and it happens to be English, so convenient!!

Like in one of the scenes in episode 5, Genet, the main villainess of the show, speak to other two characters who are french, living in France their whole life in English, and asking them "how do you call it in English?", like why you even speak English and assume the other side don't speak french!!

the only explanation for this is that the writers wants really bad to make it English show despite all events happening in France, and the results is so confusing, it would be much better if Daryl Dixon was secondary character or even not being in a french show.

Another thing shows how confused the show is, as Daryl Dixon happened to end up in abbey, and it happened to have the miracle kid, the one who have the total wisdom to redeem the world or some shit, and Daryl Dixon agrees eventually to be his bodyguard, I mean, did you completely forget what the show is about?

One of things The Walking Dead franchise established is that no one get special treatment, some of the most beloved characters in the show were killed by Zombies or other people to establish this fact, while the only good guy who I remember him dying in the show was some french old guy who didn't obey Daryl Dixon orders when he told him not to get his bicycle back from other french guys, apparently Daryl Dixon knows France way better than the people who actually live in France, which is crazy and also confusing.

now let's speak about the lovely villainess Genet played by Anne Charrier, Genet of course is my favorite in the show, yet I have to admit, her character is also written badly unfortunately, Genet have the potential to revive the franchise if was written better, but as most things in the show, she also confusing, it's like having two writers with opposite ideologies struggling with each others on who can demonize the ideology of the other.

At first they established Genet as some far right leader that blame the weak and the vulnerable are the ones who caused the Zombie apocalypse, which OK. Now we can understand the character and her action and what she stands for, you would think that she will have no respect to the human life, and doesn't think that all people deserve the same right, even the basic right of living.

Then in the fifth episode the character changed completely, in her speech she speaks about hope for a future, she speak about how the few shouldn't control the many, and shouldn't take everything, and how they brought pain and suffering on the vulnerable, like she basically turned into Rosa Luxemburg LOL.

The show basically about religious fanatics who fight authority in one of the darkest times in the human history, put their lives and others in danger, basically Anti-vaxxers mixed with david koresh's followers only way worst, and I'm not describing the bad guys.
