In 2023 movie Mangkujiwo 2, Uma is a girl who is possessed by a revengeful ghost that is being conjured whenever anyone harms her, during the movie, we are introduced to Jendral Amperawan, who is one of the main villains of the movie, long time ago, Amperawan murdered Rimba's father in ordered to take over his theater, when Rimba grow up, he became a photographer, and was hired by the same man who killed his father, and fell in love Amperawan's wife Maureen, and she also loved him, and told him about how Amperawan was the one who killed his father.
Rimba then went Amperawan to face him, but Amperawan's men manged to beat him up and tied him to a chair.
, Amperawan then figured out that his wife is the one who told Rimba to be free from Amperawan. Maureen ran towards Rimba and hugged him, then Amperawan tied her too, and killed her brutally while Rimba watching helplessly. Then Uma appeared, and rushed towards Amperawan, then Amperawan pushed her to accidentally conjure the vengeful spirit that protects her, killing Amperawan and his men brutally.
The scene is really great, the movie reach the highest tension with the villain killing his wife brutally, making you angry and put you in the place of Rimba who watched his love die in front of him, also Uma is portrayed as the vulnerable character that make you sympathize with, she's not a super girl that you feel to be pretending to be dangerous or powerful, nor she threatening of doing things and don't follow through, she's just a normal girl with a vengeful spirit, and when such spirit is conjure, she's a death machine that will destroy anyone who stands in her way or threaten her without mercy.
