Orphan Black Echoes is 2023 TV show, with the beautiful Krysten Ritter as Lucy the protagonist of the show, I love Krysten Ritter, she's a very good actress, and I hope to see her more, and the show seemed promising at first starting with action scene with someone trying to kill her, to be saved Charlie played by Zariella Langford.

The show is about Lucy tracking where the man who attacked her, to find a facility that works on making clones of humans, and then find her younger self, and through out the show she find her older self and so on..

my main problem with the show that there are too many heroes, yeah, they say that the main villain Paul Darros played by James Hiroyuki Liao is a powerful man, he have money, power, influence, like everything to crush the heroes, but what we see is like having like 20 heroes in the show, you don't get to know one of them deep enough and on the other side, you often see Darros and his knucklehead henchman who does all the dirty work, like no one beside Darros is evil enough, like when Darros decide to destroy another clone, some of his men tells him that the clone should be saved.

Also one of the most ridiculous scenes in the show, like one of the heroines was denied access to some high security building and the guard let her go inside the building because she told him it's about her son, what a sweet sweet guard for a very evil man!!

The thing about clones is if not handled well, it will make the show so boring and redundant especially if the character are so similar, and they are, like all the heroes in the show are very similar, they think speak, and even dress alike, even Darros the main villain of the show, like when his henchman went back to Darros, and told him "I was about to kill the bitch", Darros got angry on him for using the word, like, dude, you sent him to kill her after the first one died trying to kill her, and you think calling her names is too evil for you!!

Having too much heroes in the show with not so complicated story not only made me distracted watching the show, and made me not interested in remember their names, as after all they have the same good perfect characters, but also gave so little time for the villain to be on screen, it seemed that the good guys do whatever they do, speak about their feelings, and go further in their way, and the villain appear on screen for half a minute or so every episode, he doesn't have a counter argument, he's just evil doing evil stuff, even his clone became good and working against the villain.

Honestly, the show seems like dozens of heroes gangs up against one villain to beat the crap out of him, there isn't any balance at all, just good guys and other good guys and diluted villain who is blamed for everything.

The thing about threats and pointing guns over and over again through out the movie ruin the tension, like always threats from the good guys towards the villain about "I will kill you" and vice versa, like what about showing us more fight and less talking to take such situation seriously!!

Stop checking your phone messages in the show, it's like you are inviting the viewers to check their phone messages and distracting them off what's happening,

TBH, if the show would be much better if it had more writers and less actors, just check the cast for yourselves:

THE WRITERS:

 THE ACTORS

One other thing ruin the show for me is that how many characters stutter and repeat the same word twice, which is ok if it was just one character, it could be consider as a characteristic thing, but when multiple characters do, it became obvious that they were hasty, and didn't think that they have to shoot the scene again, and just let it go, but it's a fatal mistake, as it either it make the viewer feel the characters are so similar or the show isn't realistic, and all the characters have the characteristics of actor who get confused while delivering their lines.
